It was last updated Fri 19 Jun 1998, thats more than 10 years ago and
two months before the first google version went public (not the one
you are using today, but the very first version used at Stanford). Here it is:

then), the functionality is broken now because all of the search
engines are gone or changed their submit form.
It's amazing that the free hosting service I used 10 years ago is
still alive (http://free.prohosting.com/). Take a look at this
yahoo/geocities!
Edit: Apparently in 1998 I also shared the taste of google regarding logo-design (glossy & drop-shadow), if only I'd made a search engine instead of a submit service ;)
